All our staff have extensive town planning experience, and are drawn from both the public and private sectors - including the house building industry as well as consultancy.

Our Wokingham based team has an excellent understanding of planning issues in Central and Southern England, with particular expertise in site promotion, strategic planning, planning applications, appeals and public inquiries, and enforcement.

The team at Twickenham has been involved with many major residential-led, mixed-use, leisure and retail development projects in London and Surrey.

The team in Cardiff carry out a wide range of work in Wales, principally South Wales, and are leading a number of major strategic housing and mixed use schemes in the West of England.

The team based in Colchester operate principally in the East of England with a client base that includes housebuilders, retail operators, health providers and renewable energy schemes.

Nick Groves Dip TP, MRTPI Director

Nick joined Boyer Planning in 1989, but has worked in town planning since 1973, spending the first 16 years of his career in local government. Nick is a Chartered Town Planner and a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, and has substantial planning experience, working with land owners, trusts, local authorities and development industry clients. He works principally in the East, South East and South West of England.
