Outline Planning Application for 3,950 dwellings

Boyer Planning have submitted an outline planning application for 3,950 dwellings and associated uses on land to the West of Worcester. The application, prepared on behalf of Bloor Homes, was submitted to Malvern Hills District Council and reflects the area of land identified in the Joint Core Strategy Preferred Options to accommodate Worcester City's strategic growth.
