Boyer Planning, Cardiff, working on behalf of clients Newbridge Estates Ltd, has been successful in winning a Planning Appeal granting Outline Planning Permission for the redevelopment of former allotments to provide residential development, with new purpose designed allotments immediately adjoining at Rhiwderin, Newport. Issues included loss and replacement of allotment facilities, settlement boundaries, character and landscape as well as housing land supply.
