Waterlooville, Hampshire

Boyer Planning obtained outline planning permission, on behalf of Grainger Trust, for a major development area to the west of Waterlooville in Hampshire.

The site had been promoted by Boyer Planning through the Hampshire Structure Plan and the Winchester and Havant Local Plan processes, which led to a successful allocation for 3,000 dwellings, employment land, mixed use development, local centre, school, open space, cemetery and related facilities.

We coordinated the planning application and the preparation of the accompanying environmental statement.
