Boyer Planning achieved planning permission on behalf of M J Gleeson Group PLC for 120 homes, structural landscaping and open space.
The site had been the subject of discussions with Mid Sussex District Council for a number of years, and Boyer Planning helped secure an allocation, in one of the first Allocation DPDs to be adopted in the country. We led a consultant team working for Gleeson and provided a scheme that was complimented by planning officers for its layout, provision of a substantial area of open space, new woodland and an extension to a nature reserve, and for the sustainable nature of the development.
