Boyer Planning obtained planning permission on behalf of Wandsworth Primary Care Trust for the redevelopment of the former Putney Hospital on Putney Common, subject to an s106 agreement. The development, which is surrounded by Metropolitan Open Land and is located opposite a conservation area, is for a new 2,500 sqm Primary Care Centre designed by Devereux Architects to serve Putney, together with a residential apartment block of 24 flats. The scheme was the subject of extensive consultation with the local planning authority, GLA and the local community, including the Wimbledon and Putney Common Conservators.
