Merton Rise, Basingstoke

A scheme including shops, a supermarket, a nursery, a veterinary surgery and pub, is being prepared jointly by developers, architects and Boyer Planning ready for submission to the local authorities.

As outline consent has already been granted with the support of a development brief, the extent of the commercial uses are already established. However, the scheme has been designed in accordance with the extant planning permission, the prevailing policies of the council and to provide an attractive environment for public spaces.

We have been involved at every stage of the process and are currently preparing reserved matters applications for submission to the local planning authority.
